Is the displayed amount the full fee?
Yes. It is the full price of the described package, including applicable taxes. There is no delivery charge or extra booking deposit. Additional work requires a separate scope and price agreed before it starts.
Can I choose GBP or EUR?
Yes. Select GBP or EUR before submitting your request. The separately set price in your chosen currency is saved with the request. Your bank may apply conversion or other charges under its own agreement.
Who are these packages for?
They are introductory business engagements for non-sensitive requirements, project planning and coordination in defence-industry, critical-infrastructure and technology environments. Client, sector and applicable restrictions are checked before acceptance. They do not include technical certification, legal or financial advice, security clearance or controlled technical work.
Where is the service available?
Remote consulting for business clients in the United Kingdom and Europe. Based in Laddingford, Kent; office meetings by appointment. No physical goods delivery. Our business address is Finchley Park, Emmet Hill Lane, Laddingford, England, ME18 6BG.
When can I contact the team?
Monday–Friday: 09:00–17:30. Closed on weekends and UK bank holidays. UK local time. We aim to reply within two working days. A requested start time is confirmed directly.
How long does delivery take?
Each package states a target of two, three or five working days for its written output after the agreed session or receipt of all accepted inputs, whichever is later. The written acceptance confirms the start and delivery dates. Applicable consumer cancellation rights remain protected.
Can I send technical documents?
Send only a short, non-sensitive introduction through the website. Agreed ordinary business inputs are shared using the channel stated in the written scope. Do not send classified, export-controlled, security-sensitive, account-access or personal identity information through public forms or ordinary enquiry email.
What if I need a clarification or cancellation?
Each package includes one clarification round about its delivered output, requested within ten working days. New requirements are separately scoped. An unaccepted request can be withdrawn without charge; cancellation before work starts is refunded in full. See the cancellation policy for work already delivered and any consumer rights.
